Day 1

Arrive Darwin
Upon arrival in Darwin, you will be transferred to your hotel (airfare not included).

Afternoon Darwin City Tour
The perfect introduction to Darwin with your experienced and knowledgeable guide providing an informative and interesting commentary. Tour Highlights: Botanic Gardens, Stokes Hill Wharf Precinct and Mooring Basin, East Point Reserve - WWII Relics, Historic City Sights, Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory.
Day 2

Darwin - Kakadu National Park
After departing Darwin travel into World Heritage-listed Kakadu National Park. Visit the Warradjan Aboriginal Cultural Centre and gain an insight into the cultural and historical significance the park holds for its traditional owners. Join a guided boat cruise on Yellow Water, Kakadu's most famous wetland area. Keep a look out for the powerful saltwater crocodiles, diverse birdlife and beautiful waterlilies. After lunch travel to Nourlangie art sites and view the ancient galleries of artwork. The unique x-ray style works record the traditional cultures, changes and evolution of the land and people over the last 40 000 years. (Lunch is included)
Day 3

Kakadu National Park - Darwin
This morning you may wish to take a scenic flight over the Arnhem Land Escarpment (own expense). Travel to Ubirr to see superbly preserved Aboriginal rock art before joining an Aboriginal guide for a cruise on the East Alligator River. Learn of the flora, fauna, Aboriginal mythology and history of the region, and by special permission, take a short walk into Arnhem Land. Visit the Bowali Visitor Centre and stop at Window on the Wetlands for a glass of wine while watching the changing light of day over the wetlands before returning to Darwin. (Lunch is included)
Day 4

Depart Darwin
Your driver will meet you at your hotel to transfer you to the airport.

42-15 days prior to departure = 20% of the price;
14-4 days prior to departure = 30% of the price;
Less than 4 days prior to departure = 60% of the price;
Departure date or later = 100% of the price
