10% non-refundable deposit to be paid upon booking confirmation,
remaining amount needs to be paid after the AU visa has been issued

If the trip is cancelled by the client AFTER the visa has been issued the following penalty applies:

42-15 days prior to departure = 20% of the price;
14-4 days prior to departure = 30% of the price;
Less than 4 days prior to departure = 60% of the price;
Departure date or later = 100% of the price
