Description	First stop is at Lake Barrine, a volcanic crater, with a guided walk through the rainforest, an informative cruise on the lake and morning tea. A lunch stop is made at Woodleigh Cattle Station for an old fashioned outback BBQ and a guided tour of the pioneer homestead. Journey back through historic Heberton and Atherton, travelling through rich agricultural areas and on arrival visit the Cultural and Heritage Museum where afternoon tea is available (own expense). Synergy II operates under sail or motor at a cruising speed of 10 knots, reaching speeds over 16 knots under the right conditions. You will be invited to take part in the sailing process - take the helm and have the intricacies of navigation explained. The computerised chart system makes it fun and easy. on your cruise to the Great Barrier Reef, Synergy II sails to one of two sites at Tongue Reef, approximately 20 nautical miles from Port Douglas.
